These two girls hung out with Zack all day Saturday and Sunday. It was pretty cute.

You could see the fish swimming around. Zack thought they were really smart because they wouldn't bite at his bate.

Tyler loves to work with his tools and loves to play in the dirt...needless to say he was in heaven.

Hello! Here are some pictures of our latest camping trip. This was our first time to Lilac Oaks and it is BEAUTIFUL! Our trip unfortunatly wasn't as relaxing as our camping trips usually are...here are a few things that went wrong....

I got a migraine (Nate and Zack went up Friday night and Ty, Ally and I went up Saturday.

Nate caught the biggest catfish we had ever seen... was able to reel it in all the way to the shore and instead of taking a picture like I was supposed to I decided to "help" by grabbing the line to pull it in. Needless to say the line snapped and the fish got away. : (

Our spaghetti noodles for lunch ended up spilling on the ground. So we had meat sauce and french bread for lunch.

We forgot the kids heavy coats.

Ally wore her new school shoes....yup one ended up in the lake so she spent most of the 2 days without shoes because she refused to wear a wet shoe.

Forgot the hot dog buns and mustard for our dinner (never pack the food when you have a migraine...LOL...doesn't work out very well).

Ran to a local farmers market 8 miles away to get the hot dog buns, mustard and marshmellows and forgot to grab the butter I forgot as well so had to go back to the store after dinner.

Our campsite was beautiful but had no hookups....it got cold that night.

I am sure I am forgetting something but I think you get the idea. : ) Anyway, even with all that going wrong we still had fun and loved the campground. We plan to go back memorial weeked for an extended weekend. Hopefully things will go a little smoother. Hope you enjoy the pictures. : )
